On this International Women’s Day, we wanted to share how The PPA Group and its family of companies are disrupting the dearth of diversity in the Investing and Finance industry.
According to Investor’s Business Daily, only 17 percent of women serve in a managerial role or higher in this industry, while women make up a full 53 percent of the industry’s demographic.
We are proud to be at the head of the curve to change this statistic. At The PPA Group, and our subsidiaries, Casoro Capital, Upside Avenue, Ingenium Construction, CLEAR Property Management, and Performance Utilities Management, we recognize that women make our company strong. Today, we want to celebrate these amazing innovators, entrepreneurs, managers, and creatives who lead our staff and communities. Out of our entire team, women make up:
- 50 percent of our C-Suite
- 66 percent of our Vice Presidents
- 75 percent of our accounting team
- 87 percent of our community operations leaders
- 100 percent of our regional management leaders
The women pictured here are immigrants, refugees, first-generation college graduates, volunteers, community activists, and members of the LGBTQ community. Collectively, these women are mothers to 40+ children, grandchildren, and furbabies. They are accomplished – between them are multiple Property Manager of the Year award winners, and a Businesswoman of the Year awarded by CEO Today in 2018.
We are in awe of the achievements of these amazing, talented women. More so, we are grateful for the contributions they make every day to our team, to our families, and to our community as a whole. Happy International Women’s Day!
