The investment properties are located in San Antonio and Houston, two booming markets that provide opportunities for some of the nation’s best real estate investments. Texas, and the Sunbelt region of the United States, remains a strong market for multifamily real estate investing because of the warm climate and strong local economies.

Sunset Canyon

The first equity investment we are making is San Antonio, Texas-based Sunset Canyon Apartments. This 466-unit apartment property is located in the blossoming San Antonio, Texas market and is projected to produce a 10.1% cash dividend with a projected total return of 16.8%.


The second equity investment we are making is in a 232 unit, San Antonio-based multifamily property, Peppermill Apartments. Located on University City Boulevard, the property provides access to many important points around the city. The property is projected to produce a 10.3% cash dividend with a projected total return around 16.9%.

Highland Cross

The third equity investment we are making is into Highland Cross Apartments. It is a 236 unit apartment complex in Houston, Texas. It is located off of I-45 and Highland Crossing which allows ample access to business centers around Houston. It is projected to produce a cash dividend of 7.0% with a projected total return of 14.0%.

All three of these properties present exciting opportunities for income as well as appreciation which is exactly what Upside Avenue REIT strives to find in its properties.
